Bad service

I went to this shop for lingerie shoppinh only. Got Go the department and chose the things I liked. When done I looked around for someone working there but I could not see her' but there was a man working on kids shoes(If I recal correct) department. Asked him if he saw whoever is working at underwear department. He said I could ask the lady working at the fitting room she could help. When I got there she said she does not know anything because in her times underwear range did not have a bodysuit. She screamed a name of the person that was on duty for underwear range, no answer. She then asked the man that I initially spoke to if she had seen the said' lady and he said the person is on lunch. Now tell me why is this person not having a reliever for when she goes on lunch? I only wanted to know what size I should buy for that Free2Bu range that's all. So the fitting room lady said I should as the ladies at the till to help with what size to buy. Like how do I discuss underwear sizes at the check out? So I left the bodysuit that I have liked to much and took the rest of the things to the queue. I get to the front of the Stockroom Associate that was also helping at the till she does'nt greet immediately but actually start gossiping about other collegues in the store. It was pathetic. You were making headlines just this week and it was heartbreaking, but nah you continue dropping the ball when it comes to service???
