BAD SERVICE
My Mom had data and airtime put on her Edgars account without permission. On 28/09/2018 she visited a Edgars branch to cancel the data and airtime from her account and to REFUND it. Reference nr: ********** 769487. No reply. On 09/10/2018 she visited the Edgars branch AGAIN reference nr: ********** ********** 018 they cancelled the data and airtime on her account but did not refund her account. On 07/11/2018 visited Edgars again for them to refund her account. NO RESPONSE. On 20/11/2018 visited the Edgars branch again spoke to the Manager. NO RESPONSE. Why are Edgars not responding to my moms queries?? Almost R500 worth of data and airtime. This is really pathetic. My Mom deserves feedback. She's been an Edgars account holder for many years. Is this how you treat your clients?
