Bad service
I had an account with edgars which I settled with aragroup with the offer they gave me 2 months ago till today Im not given a paid up letter. I called aragroup sa veral times they kept telling me it will be done within 21 days and they don't even try to check for me. Last time they said because I was given a discount edgars has to reverse the charges till today nothing has been done and now I receive messages from Aragroup they want a payment of the same amount I paid. I want my paid up letter and my information updated with itc
