bad service

I bought box of feeding bottle some times 2 weeks back as a gift for baby shower. now my friend hates the bottles she rather have cash the she will buy whatever she needs for the baby. I went to Newtown Edgars so I could return then they still in the box which is not opened , then story of my life lady called Itumeleng told me how impossible it to exchange or refund my product as I bought the item cash , not using upoint card or edgars card,. I felt so disrespected , am just a random customer since I didn't use the points card on that purchase so m no use but you took my money when buying . the eservice I got was rude and unprofessional , big company like Egdars still provides so much bad service wow am chocked for life. the packaging is still new but she was not even willing to explain professionally shes useless jeez
