Bad Service

I just called ********** 000 to get a paid up letter for my Edgars account, how rude are the agents? One just said "arg" and dropped the phone one me, the second one was not so friendly either . I need a paid letter from you guys, I can't be told I will get the letter from my debt counselor, I mean seriously??
