BAD SERVICE
I bought a jewellery set for my girlfriend ( watch+necklace+ear rings) at Edgars Johannesburg CBD. I asked the lady if my girl friend can bring the watch at anytime to be reduced, her response was that she can take the watch to any branch that sells watches.<br> yesterday we went to Edgars East Gate and we were told (by 2 ladies who i did not see their name tags) that Edgars nationally no longer reduces the watches since June 2015. I find this rather ridiculous because had i knew that you cannot reduce the watch for me i would have purchased from a different shop. Are we now suppose to spend money to reduce the watch.
