bad service

<p>I payed 1000 on the 26th of may and my installment is 340 when i check my balance today it has increased and also my installment and i hv been paying each and every month never skipped I then called the head office I had a account query Edgars deducted 900 which I don't know is for what when I ask the consultant she also don't know what the 900 is for now my installment increased and I won't afford it since she said she will get back to me still waiting till they resolve this i won't pay this is ******* 900 is too much</p>
