bad service

I bought a pair of tom tailer jeans and there was a R400 off all tom tailer jeans promotion. The jeans i wanted was on the shelve and displayed. The sales girl in the department still helped me to find my size. The marked price was 999,when i paid the price was 749 and the cashier called one of the sales people. She said that jeans was on sale, they are busy marking it down with a pen. When i asked for a manager, she said the manager only comes in every 2 - 3 days! I paid the 749, but i am unhappy about what happened. There were no sales signs in the department, execpt for the 400off. It is not my problem if they decide afterwards that the jeans are on a sale after i took it from the shelve, that should have been decided before and not on the friday afternoon while i am paying for the jeans. I want the 400 off!<br>
