BAD SERVICE
Iam disgusted at the way the Randburg store is handled. Incompetence on everyone in that store. <br> Today I went in the store and there had a promo they were running of ,Buy 1 get 1 free NIKES. <br> <br> I managed to find a pair of Nikes size 4 in one section with the BIG BOLD BUY GET 1 FREE 1 BANNER<br> <br> And on the other side of the store same thing. I stand in the queue to purchase these , MY LUNCH BREAK for over 45mins....I finally get to the till and iam told no you cant purchase this pair as it is KIDDIES!!!!! REALLY !! HoNESTLY !!!! A SIZE 4 is KIDDIES. <br> <br> Basically EDGARS IS DISCRIMINATING CUSTOMERS SIZES !!!! YOU ARE NOW DECIDING WHAT SIZE A CUSTOMER SHOULD WEAR... AND THE WORST PART IS THERE IS NO ONE TO ADVISE CUSTOMERSOF THIS..... BULL****<br> <br> I GUESS YOU ARE ON THE LIST OF A BANNER LIKE CELL C.... <br> <br> IAM PUTTING THIS ON HELLOPETER FOR PEOPLE TO SEE WHAT KIND OF SERVICE TO EXPECT.. <br> I WAS NOT GETTING THOSE NIKES FOR FREE, I WAS PURCHASING THEM WITH MY HARD EARNED MONEY...PATHETIC!!! PATHETIC SERVICE ....YOU HAVE JUST LOST SOME CUSTOMERS IAM TELLING YOU THIS NOW.GET WELL TRAINED PEOPLE TO DEAL AND USE THE WRITE WORDING FOR YOUR PROMOTIONS.<br> <br> DISGUSTED... customer! <br>
