bad service

I bought a pair of jean at Edgars and ***** it once when i wanted to fit it at home cos i didnt fit it when i bought and felt i bought wrong jean, went to edgars Church and theyrefusing to help me stating that the item ddoesn't have price tag but I have the slip as proof of purchase. The jean cost me 700rand and to lloose it due to policies that aren't explained to us when purchasing isn't fair.to be stuck with a pair of Jean I don't want is totally unacceptable. Waited for 15minutes for a manager who never came. Customer service is really bad at Edgars Church. I wouldn't encourage any one to buy from edgars if this is how they treat customers.when the manager finally came she's says she's not going to take it and had to wait more while shekep me wwaiting for another 15minutes while I had other errands to attend to.if this is how we get treated as custome
