Bad Service

I'm a single mom and so frustrated with Edgars, I had financial difficulties paying the account and the account ended up being handed to attorneys. My account was first handed over to Anthony & Richards Attorneys in February 2014 and in November 2014 handed over to VVM Attorneys. Since last January 2014 up till now I paid R2020 under very difficult circumstances. Every month I received a statement but it doesn't reflect any payments and my balance is always the same.<br> <br> I have sent two emails with proof of payments from last year on both the 16th April 2015 and 5th May 2015 to VVM Attorneys but haven't received any feedback. I have wasted calling these people and the incompetence of the entire staff.<br> <br> I would like to have a lay-out of my account since it was handed over last year and my correct balance.
