Bad Service
<p>on 11 Aug 2017 i went to buy watch at edgars when i was for 5 minutes with no assistance I asked a lady who was standing next to watchs to assist me she advise that she is standing for someone she doesnt work that side so she cant help me I must wait for the other lady that was assisting other client ,i waited for close to 5 minutes then lady called Dineo(got name in the slip) came in she was asked by the lady who told me that she is not working that side to assist me she refused to assist me telling her she must assist me and went to assist other client(white person) and that didnt even ask for assistance but because of the rice she to assist after she went to the client still didnt want to assist me she was asked again by another lady that standing by the till to help me that is when decided to help me and when she was helping me Ican tell she doesnt want to do it she was even chewing gum i couldnt hear what she was saying ,im very dissapointed and hurt she treated me like Im not worth it or i wont be able to afford it,Im not is it because of the colour of my skin , she spoiled my day i even cancelled the appointement i was supposed to go i feel like being arround people because the way she treated me .card number ********** ********** 07997</p>
