Bad service

I went to buy Christmas clothes for my toddler at greenstone Edgars. I travelled to Limpopo without checking my plastic bag. When I was fitting my daughter I've realised that shoes are missing. I contacted them through all social media, today the regional manager called to confirm that shoes are in their store. I don't know how can the cashier be so negligent, or it was intended. I had a bitter Christmas because my baby had to wear old shoes, I had no choice. Now I have to go and collect them at greenstone and being them back to Limpopo. Shopping at Edgars was the worst thing I've ever done
