Bad records because of Edgar's

I took a cell phone insurance of Hollard under Edgar's account Then Edgar's was sold by other company then there were no longer together with hollard because I was paying insurance and I don't find hollard offices I ended up not paying it, so I don't understand why they say I'm owing Edgar's accounts and they put me in bad credit records They also took me into nimble credit fund 1 proprietary limited

So when I checked on my Clear core now I'm owing all this companies my credit record is bad now because of Edgar's it not my fault they they decided to sell their company
