bad quality Soviet Jeans

I bought a pair of Soviet Jeans (Style No:12) about 5 months ago. After +- 2 and a half months after the purchase, the Jeans got ripped at the side of the back pocket. I went to exchange the Jeans for another pair of the same Soviet Jeans. +- 2 and a half months after that (yesterday) I saw the new jeans ripped in exactly the same place as the previous pair. So it is obviously bad quality. We pay between R500 - R1000 for jeans and the they don't even last 3 months. WHY DO YOU SELL BAD QUALITY PRODUCTS FOR SO MUCH MONEY?!?!?! Now I have to stand for about an hour in the customer service queue again. Last time there was only 1 person in front of me but I waited an hour because there is 2-3 employees at one till \helping"each other while the other 5 tills is empty. Very disappointed in Edgars! Will buy my jeans from another place from now on."""
