Bad quality product from Tom Tailor sold at high prices

<p>I purchased a number of really lovely t-shirts from the TOM TAILOR brand at Edgars Sandton last year (2016). Two shirst developed holes after wearing them twice only. One retailed at R280 the other at R350. I went back to the Sandton store and they reluctantly exchanged them both - luckily my sizes were still available. The staff mentioned that they would investigate the quality of the producst. Now both those new shirts have started developing holes all over again! It is obviously terrible material quality, also by now I will not be able to claim another exchange as there was a SALE and all leftover sizes of those exact shirts were flogged for less than R90. I am just extremly dissappointed @ TOM TAILOR and @ EDGARS, especially as the shirts cost me so much! When I spend a good buck, I expect quality in return :(</p>

I think you should at the very least offer me a refund for the defective products, do you not agree? Otherwise I do not know what high standard of service you are even referring to in your cut and paste email back to me. The proof in the pudding is real action not empty words. I am stuck with a defective product and you made the money... ?
