Bad quality forever new coats

Edgars-forevernew I would like to express my disappointment with the quality of two Forever New coats that I purchased from Edgar's centurion store in January and March 2022.

I am a loyal customer of Edgars and have always been happy with the quality of the products that I have purchased from your store. However, I am very disappointed with the condition of these two coats.

The coats have a lot of fluff and blobs on them, which makes them look cheap and unwearable. I am not sure what caused this, but I am sure that it is not due to normal wear and tear. I have only worn these coats a few times, and they have been stored in a clean and dry place.

I am very disappointed that I paid over R1600 for each coat, only for them to look this shabby in a matter of months. I would like to request a refund or exchange for these coats.

I understand that you have a 30-day return policy, but I believe that this is a special case. These coats are not in the condition that they should be in after only one year of use.

I am also disappointed with the reputation of Forever New. I have always thought of Forever New as a high-quality brand, but this experience has made me question that. I am not sure if I will be able to trust Forever New again in the future.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and resolve it to my satisfaction.
