Bad quality
Hi,my husband and I bought 2 pairs of jeans in April/May this year after a month or 2,the jeans has thorn,I send 2 emails to customer service to fined<br> out what I must do with the jeans,but there was no correspondence,I am just very disappointed in the bad quality that they are selling and the same for the service.

Kindly be advised our refund and exchange policy for branded items is 6 months. You may return the jeans to the store with a proof of purchase and the store manager will assist you.
Please note even if the jeans are bought on account a proof of purchase is required.
