Bad online service

I'm writing this to express dissatisfaction on the service I have received at Edgars online, I bought 2 items (converse all star and toughees school shoe) 1.I bought converse all star navy in colour on the 08/10/2025 however I just realized the shoes are not even the same, the other shoe is a bit lighter 2.I have requested for a size exchange for Toughees from last week on the 13/10/2025 I have made the payment for collection however no communication thus far
