Bad manager at Edgars Mall of the south

Tried to go exchange an item of clothing that my 14 year old recieved for her birthday at mall of the south edgars? It does not have the tag being a birthday gift but i do have the original till slip? The manager told us he wont help us. When i asked for headoffice number he told us to look on the back of the till slip and laughed and said "good luck". Wow no wonder people are closing thier accounts and i may do so too now? Maybe facebook needs this story too?
