Bad Insurance Packaging

I lost my phone on the 27th of July 2015 and it has been insured by Edgars Insurance for over a year. I have been paying R80 for R5000 cover. Now that it's time for me to claim, they do not have a cell phone that is worth R5000 on their stock. Are they telling me that I have to claim for a phone with a cheaper phone eventhough I have been for a R5000 cover??? My husband called Edgars Clearwater, Cradlestone, Sandton and Cresta and they all claim that they do not have a phone worth R5000.
