Bad ***** what the staff is doig

The reason why i am writing this email to you guys. About last week during the week me and my friend when to get and facial at the Chanel Counter at Edgars V&A Waterfront. So as a loyal

customer to Edgars always have and not to sure if i will still be visiting that store again. Firstly i always buy big when i am doing my shopping at Edgars v&a Waterfront.

But the other day something weird has happened to me and my friend. The Counter manager at Chanel that assisted me and my friend with the facial, i was happy about the facial and the service but i wont set my foot in that store again. So as i am done with my facial so i want to purchase

product and it come to the value of R50 000.00 and Chantel the counter manager call a lady to give me 30% discount. And as i am sitting and waiting for my friend so she went it for her facial they put 5 full size fragrance in my bag. So the lady i am not sure if she is the store manager or what but how can she just give me discount when there is not even and a promotion at the store. So the lady that give me the discount she was dress all in black with glasses on her face. She honor us the 30% discount on the products. So as i left the store and i when to go home and discover that i have and CHANEL ALLURE , CHANEL CHANCE , CHANEL 05, AUDE CHANEL in my bag and its not sold or ringed up on my slip. So i went to Edgars Tygervalley so i wanted to exchange the 6 fragrance so just to make sure if it is really stock that i found in my bag. So it was and how can the Store manager and the Chanel counter manager just honor discount to people like that. and for them to put fragrance in my bag and i did not even payed for all of that items i feel so bad i don`t understand why they did that to me but this has not happen this first time. My husband a few months ago my husband also spend about R100 000.00 on fragrance and the Chantel The counter manager Of Chanel knows me very well. So the also give him discount and then we re-sell the fragrance to other people and i know there are a policy that says that you cant do that but still they honor him discount too. So as my husband come home there where also fragrance inside the bad that are not even scanned or ranged up. So he also called the Store to Complain but he could not get throw to the store. So this week i went i did on annually stock and it ;happen to me where they put fragrance in my bag and i did not even payed for the items. So i left and i called my friend that was with ;me so she can come have a look what the lady with the black clothes i think she is Jasmine she had black uniform on that day a scarf around her face . Chanel had and on counter event and me and my friends was invited to attend the event at the V&A Waterfront Edgars store. And to be very honest with you i feel very hurt and i am not and dishonest person but how can they put all that fragrance in my shopping bag if it was samples i would understand but it was not even samples it was full size stock cause i even exchange one fragrance at one store and it went throw. No i wonder what is that store stock lost . But how can you guys put dishonest people and the Counter manager then the lady in the black told me she will honor the discount as if i had asked for discount its like they judge people , if they only know i am also running my own company and i know the lost that they are going throw but to give me and my husband so many full size fragrance. And they know that me and my husband is selling it again to other people for more money.

So now we really just want to tell them to stop cause my friend thought that i ****** all that fragrance and she wont put her foot in that V&A Waterfront store cause what they did was very bad by giving extra fragrance into my shopping bag. And the reason why the other store close down is because of unfaithful and dishonest people like them now so many people sitting without a job or food on the table, cause the people you trust is putting thing in your bag. And what if the tag went off at the door and the security caught me what would have happen to me and my friend.

I truly wish and hope EDGARS HEAD OFFICE will investigate this matter and they cant let this people let the company go down just like that. No wonder EDGARS are so broke cause the staff is *****ing the product putting it in customers bags. And how many other people did they not to the same as what they did to me.
