Bad experiences

On Friday, 2 October I visited the store. I don't usually go there, as you never find what you are looking for. I prefer visiting a store somewhere in the city. The place was dirty as always. The doors of the fitting room was broken, and some doors were missing. Clothes were lying on the floor. Two-piece garments were missing one of the garments. When I was busy in the fitting room, another customer wanted to break my door down as he wanted to come in, and there were NO staff nearby to assist. At the till there were two staff members, but only one was assisting. The other one was continuing with whatever he wanted to, and did not assist people waiting in the queue. The staff behind the counters excuse for the shop looking like that, was that they had a busy day, and that is why everything is dirty. But if the shop opens at 9, and at 09:30 it looks like that, how could they have a \busy"day? """
