Bad experience with edgars

I was so disappointed by edgars today, I bought a jean at edgars joubert Street Johannesburg, on Monday 13 September, Tuesday 15 September I tried fitting it only to find that the zip is damaged, so I went to the store to exchange, and I was told that they can't exchange cos as edgars what are they going to do with that jeans cos they can't sell it to anyone, so it means I as the client have to take the loss
