Bad experience with Edgars as a customer

Hi,what a bad treatment I got from Edgar's Cresta mall today,I was told that I stole a polo handbag in the shop, apparently I cannot afford to buy a polo handbag,luckily I had the old photos on my phone that I took with the handbag, that's only when the manager agreed to check the cameras if I didn't enter the shop with that handbag, I was so embarrassed
