bad experience

I had an account with Edgar's for years and u have been paying it for years.this year I finished paying the account it was handed over the attorneys only to find out I have over payed my accoun withR 225.17t when I was requesting my paid up letter they sent me a letter which didn't take them a week to email it I told them I have overpayed my account the lady from the call Center said must send a letter,I'd copy and three months bank statement it will reflect after 22days I waited. Then I called again they said they didn't receive my staff must send again I told them I won't coz to fax and bank statement cost me money she said they will solve it out and promise I will get my money back ,,I waited as usually. Went to Edgar's store in Pretoria the grove mall Portia one of the cashiers called and told me they say I must wait for 22days the matter has been handed to head office in jhb coz they say my acc was in kzn ..iwaited ..I called myself again this other lady with an attitude said my email my staff to accountsjhb@edgon I lost hope I feel so stupid that I have to wait for this long to get my money ..I am angry n disappointed with the service is offering to their customers..
