Bad Edgars Customer Care Service

2 weeks ago I went to Edgars in the Garden Route Mall. To my shock when I wanted to purchase on my account as was told that my account no longer exist and they can not find me on the system. The disgrace to stand at the pay station with other people behind me to tell me this. It was never communicated to me that my account might be closed or nothing. With further enquiry I was told that I am not on Edgars database and must try to contact Nimble. I do not even know who Nimble is as I did not open an account with them or made payments to them. No where on any of my EDGARS statements mention is made about Nimble. This is absolutely the worst customer care service I have received.
