Bad Delivery Service
Ordered something online for click and collect and my experience has been extremely unpleasant. The website states it would take 2 - 5 working days for delivery. I have been waiting over 10 working days and still no news.

06 Apr 2019, 19:24After emailing the customer service and complaining I was told my order was ready for pick up, but when I got to the store I was informed my order is not there and I need to wait for an SMS before I come an collect it.
