Bad debt/direct axis

I admit that I have defaulted on my Edgars acc when I went through financial difficulty, however, I have settled the acc in full. Edgars doesn't want to give me credit again, why no one can explain to me? All are so clueless, the one person says I can then the very next says I can't.

Bt thats besides the point. They don't want to open my acc again, but sends me emails on a daily basis to get a direct Axis loan.

Please could you stop send me those emails and take my name off ur system as an Edgars account holder.
