Bad

So on the 08 November 2019 I bought a defy washing machine at game mahume mall when I get back home I realize that I don't have enough space and I don't have proper water connection so I decide to go back to game and exchange the machine but instead they denied to do and exchange instead they told me to wait for the technician to assess the machine for god sake I'm not happy with the product anymore I don't know why they have to send the technician because it's just the matter of exchanging even on their terms and conditions theres nothing state that I have to wait for technician in order for me to exchange so I don't want it anymore
