Bad cuustomer service

I have placed an order on edgars online and their online site says two to three days, i placed the order on the 30th of July and till today i haven't received my order, sent them an email on Thursday and still no reply, called this morning and spoke to this rude consultant by the name of Konesan Pillay he was rude from the start till the end and didn't even bother solving the matter. never buying from them ever again.
