BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE,DO NOT BUY FROM ANY EDGARS STORES

This is my second hello peter complaint,i have phoned numerous times to online red square regarding my order that i place in October and have not been delivered. Edgars have my money in their pocket but cannot make a plan to give me what i paid for. I repeat,do not buy from Edgars ever again.This is the worst customer service and experience. Even the online managers cannot help.Worst mistake ever purchasing for Red square. Edgars have these products in their stores,they cant simply make a plan to give customers what they paid for.So pathetic. Order # ********** 55 OCC: ********** 002620
