Bad customer service in festive season

The worst Christmas spiri ever experienced at Edgars Mall of the South,when a laybye that was done went missing when we were supposed to get our lay bye for our kids Christmas clothes ,having the store manager Lerato not bothered about the situation or even going the extra mile, to not being remorseful about the whole situation .my time wasted as a customer to the Staff coming to tell u straight we can give u a refund or shop again like what is that!
