Bad customer service from Edgars security guard Jubille mall

I got such a bad service from Edgars Jubille mall in Hammanskraal Temba. I was at Jubille mall Edgars today the 10th of May 2021 around 14:30 when I got such bad service from the security guard. My brother, sister and I passed by the door and that security thing beebed. We asked why because we payed she responded to us with attitude saying its not her problem We should ask the cashiers however she wanted to check our plastic. Her attitude was so unprofessional and she talked back with attitude. She was go ghetto hey. Edgars Jubille mall staff have no customer service at all. It's not the 1st time I get such service. It's so dissaponting. The security guard talked back like she knew us, like we are outside in the street. They need to teach them how to talk to customers. It's not good at all.
