Bad customer service from Edgars

Good day

Just got out of Edgars store @Newcastle Mall, I was there for almost to an hour with no help, I wanted to do an exchange from the Legit store to their inside legit, The Manager " Zodwa" was so rude, she didn't have time for me, even to listen, bad customer service from the Store Manager herself.... Rude to a cashier who was trying to help, I was only helped by the Till Manager " Nondu" after some time of waiting.

Bad customer service to the Store Manager Zodwa!! I'm so disappointed!!
