Bad customer service

I was harrassed by edgars debt collectors VVM company, the staff arr so rude. Today i received a call from VVM on behalf of Edgars store after I've made a payment to fulfill our arrangements. To my surprise she didn't know that the Account is paid on the 30th August 2019, instead of listening to me she told me that when will i pay. I tried to ask her few questions but she was not interested instead she said she's the one who called so i should just listen,i wanted to talk to her supervisor coz we werenot agreeing nd she also refused stating that i must call in if i want to speak to my supervisor. So Edgars is treating me as a customer like im nothing,being behind with payment is not the end of our relationship coz after settling there's life nd the way they are treating me or others they will loose this business.
