Bad customer service

Good day I need assistance with regards to my edgrads account. I have paid it off already last year October and suddenly they have handed me over and messed up my credit record. I went to the centurion store for assistance but no one is willing to assist. I've been calling and sending emails for the past two weeks and I'm being send from pillar to post. Can anyone get back to me, as I have proof of payment I need that account to be closed and records updated.
