Bad customer service

The level of service at Edgars Mokopabe is totally despicable. The cashiers are extremely slow and clueless about anything. And their customer service department the worst, I sat there for a good 20 minutes after presenting my problem. The lady assisting me is just staring at her screen saying nothing to me, talking to her colleague about her dstv account. She then stood up and left me on her desk without saying anything to me. Something needs to be done. Only Boitumelo was willing to help, poor girl working for the wrong company.
