Bad customer service at Edgar's

Today I went to Edgar's in Richards Bay and I received bad treatment. I had my layby which is expired and I went there after 4 days of expire and they said they do not extend laybyes, you miss it with one day they return your clothes to the floor. They are now refusing to give me a refund of what I have paid since my clothes are returned to the floor. In their laybye slip, there are no conditions or laybyes. It is not stated that they do not do refunds on laybyes. I ask the manager where in the slip does it say no refund for laybyes, she told me that she will go and get it written somewhere whereas it was not presented to me. But I left the shop ****ed, I want my money back please.
