Bad customer service and overcharging customers

I've been having an Edgar's account for almost 8years last week my balance was 2500 and i paid 150 and after a week the balance is 3581 and it keeps on increasing with 2rands everyday. They telling me that is because I've been buying airtime and they didn't update but funny enough statements are made every month after I'm done paying it off I'll be closing it
