BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ONLINE SERVICE

Besides the fact that i cannot log into your self service portal because it keeps sending me verifying sms's that are not working, i called your customer services and i had to wait so long to not even get helped once you guys finally answered. Theres nothing frustrating like not getting a problem solved especially when you guys are big on convenience.
