bad customer service

I am sending emails and have even gone into one of their stores for assistance, I am unable to load them to be able to do an EFT payment, the details they have provided me are not been accepted by my bank, and they keep on sending me the same information and I keep on sending them emails to show them the account details they have sent are not been accepted.
