bad customer service

the edgar's customer service it's the worst ever, my account it's overdue,I've been charged for a jet membership club which I cancelled a long time ago I don't owe edgar's anything and it sets a bad credit record on my name, I've contacted edgar's customer service still no answer I rather be blacklisted I won't pay the money I know nothing about ,I want this account to be blocked permanently that's it
