Bad customer service

Came to edgars east rand mall to pay for my purchases at 16h50 and requested a replacement card. i was told to qeue and when i got to the front the cashier called her supervisor to assist me. the supervisor told me to wait whilst she got the card. she came back after a few minutes later and told ne it was after 17h00 to tell me that she cant get me card, i must come back the following day. i asked her as to why didnt she tell me the first time i spoke to her , she just waved her hand and said come back tomorrow am sorry...was so disappointed. i have to go back again today...bad customer service
