bad customer service

Ting th complaint on behalf of my aunt Cecelia Hough.<br> This is what she says. I'm a loyal customer to edcon for many years. I claimed a cellphone 9 months ago and I'm still waiting for a phone. My phone insurance was approved for R5000 I want a phone for that price or atleast R4800, cause I paid insuarnce for long time. Vivian just say they he'll let me knoiw I'm still eaiting its almost a year. I've been to somerset worcester on my on expence but I can't geone. And I'm still paying the insurance for 9 months edgars says the go the exra mile for customers why can't they just order me a phone I've been waiting and waiting almost a year or refund my money please this is not on. Cause if I take a phone for less I'll loose the rest of my money.. Please stellenbosch terrible service *** cecelia
