Bad customer service

I made a payment on my accoubt on the 1st of Desember today is the 20 th of Desember Iam still waiting for a simple STATEMENT but when a payment must be made you as a company is fast enough to send your e mails and sms reminders but you cant just send a simple statement for payments made to you ????
