Bad customer service
I experienced a bad customer service in Edgar's Vaalmall from a lady by the name of Mamohau, I went there 3 times to make an exchange but I did not get the same item I purchased so when I went on the 08/07/2019 the item I purchased is now cheaper and she says I cannot take items of the same value because the item is now cheaper and there's no store manager who can assist me because prices have changed meaning I have lost money
