Bad customer service

Edgar's blue route mall the worst place to shop they should change their hole management team everytime I come into the store no help not one manager show their face I was in their today to buy some clothes as it was very busy I came to the pay point in kids wear one guy staff member by the pay point and a very long line of people already waiting for help he was waiting for a manager to come help but the manager never came what bad customer service really bad I could hear from the other staff member on the floor that this managers let their staff work like that under so much pressure without help I'm disgusted by this store and their management I left my clothes just their and left won't come shop their again you should have more staff on your till points and not let your staff work life slaves and have your managers visible at all time thank you Edgar's tokai for your bad service I won't be shopping their again will close my account soon..
