bad customer service

I went to Diepsloot mall Edgars active to buy myself a Jersey. Thank God when I got there I found a lovely one on sale my size. The unfortunate part is the store manager Solomon advised they could not sell it to me cz it does not have a tag. Apparently there's no way they could check on the system for the item. It didn't matter whether I wanted the item I found on the store. He then said he will phone other stores to get the price since they couldn't, I waited until I had to leave without my item. I couldn't not believe the kind of service from a manager. The first time I heard of such. Don't put item on the floor you know very well you don't want to sell to clients. Very disappointed. Don't see myself going to that store again clearly the customer is not important.
