Bad customer service

I went to cosmetics to get a refill for my husband and myself I found a tall dark guy with beard at cosmetics asked him for my product,he told me those product don't last and are too common it was Dior savage and Jimmy choo...he said he has something better my problem is why is he bad mouthing other brands I went there twice and he kept saying other brands are not too good may he in future be careful because I might report him to the brands as I have once worked for one of the brands head office. Commission based salary make bad consultant will shop at a different Mall now.
